WARRANTY - REFUNDS - RETURNS

Products delivered by reborndollsaustralia.com.au are new and guaranteed to be free from defects. They are comparable to traditional retail products and come from vetted lists and suppliers.

If a product is defective or does not meet requirements, the buyer has 15 business days to request an exchange or refund after receiving the product. If the fifteen (15) days normally end on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

Customers must return the new or unused products in their entirety and in the original packaging, intact, with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documents (in the original shrink wrap and with the corresponding invoice). In such cases, the buyer must send proof of the defects to reborndollsaustralia@gmail.com (description and attached photos).

If the customer exercises their right to return, we are obligated to refund the amounts paid by the customer without any additional charges, except for return shipping costs. The refund must be made within 14 business days from the receipt of the returned package(s).

YOU MUST PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. If a return is made, we guarantee it will be processed within 14 days or less from the receipt of the return package. Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

We recommend returning the product to us with a tracking number to ensure it is safely received.
