WARRANTY - REFUNDS - RETURNS

Products delivered by reborndollsaustralia.au are new and guaranteed to be free from defects. We guarantee they meet high-quality standards and are free from defects, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship.

Returns & Refunds

If a product is defective or does not meet requirements, the buyer has 15 business days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund. If the 15th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

To initiate a return, customers must provide proof of the defect by emailing reborndollsaustralia@gmail.com or contact@reborndollsaustralia.au with a description and supporting photos.

Customers must return products in their original condition, unused, and with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documents (including the invoice). Items should be returned in original packaging where applicable.

Return Shipping

  • If a product is faulty or damaged, we provide a free return shipping label. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
  • If the return is due to any other reason , the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds in such cases will be for the product price only, excluding original shipping fees.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned package.
  • All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.

For security and peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning products.
