Most babies arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. We prepare every order within 2–3 business days, then delivery usually takes 8–15 days, and we email you a tracking link as soon as your baby is on the way.

Yes, if you order at least 3 weeks before the big day, your baby should arrive in time. Every order is prepared within 2–3 business days and sent with tracking, so you can follow your baby all the way to your door. Is the day closer than that? Order as soon as you can: the earlier you order, the sooner your baby is on the way, and a baby who arrives a few days after the big day is still a joyful surprise. A lovely idea is to give a printed photo of your baby on the day, with a note saying “Your baby is on the way!”, so the excitement starts straight away.

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Australia, and every baby is sent with tracking. There's no delivery fee to add at checkout, and for orders under A$1,000 your checkout total is all you pay. Orders over A$1,000 may attract Australian import GST or duty, payable on arrival, so get in touch before ordering and we'll confirm whether this applies to you.

We're an online store based in Burnie, Tasmania, delivering to families right across Australia. Your baby is sent from our Australian warehouse. If the baby you fall in love with isn't in local warehouse, we send them from one of our trusted partner warehouses instead, so you never have to miss out. Either way, delivery is free and tracked, and the delivery times above still apply.

When your baby ships, we email you a tracking link, which becomes active within 24 hours. You can also check your order any time on our Track My Order page.

Every baby in our full silicone collection is made entirely of silicone. Some of our vinyl babies are described as "silicone vinyl" or "soft silicone", which means a soft-touch vinyl rather than full silicone. You'll always find the exact material on each baby's page.

Full silicone babies and most full vinyl babies can join in at bath time, which is one of the loveliest parts of having a reborn. Use lukewarm water and a little mild soap, then pat them dry and let them air-dry completely before dressing. Cloth-body babies are made for cuddles rather than baths, and a soft, slightly damp cloth keeps them fresh. You'll find more simple tips under Caring for your baby.

Each baby's page shows their safety details, and most of our babies meet CE and EN71 toy safety standards and are made from non-toxic, BPA-free materials. We recommend them for children aged 3 and over, and small accessories like the magnetic dummy should be used with an adult nearby.

Our babies come in four sizes, so there's a perfect fit for everyone:

• Palm-sized minis, 15–18 cm (6–7 in): small enough to sit in the palm of your hand.
• Mini babies, 22–35 cm (9–14 in): the size of a tiny premmie baby, and so easy to cuddle.
• Newborns, 38–53 cm (15–21 in): just like a real newborn.
• Toddlers, 56 cm (22 in) and up: a big, cuddly armful.

Yes. Some of our babies are wide awake with bright open eyes, and others are peacefully sleeping. Use the Eyes, Hair and Skin tone filters on any collection to find the look you love, from rooted hair to softly painted hair or a sweet bald head.

Your baby will be the same model you see in the photos. Small details like hair, colouring and lashes can vary slightly from baby to baby, so every baby is one of a kind. If the pictured outfit isn't available, we send a similar outfit of the same quality.

Yes. When you choose a twin set, you receive two babies. Some twins can also be bought on their own, so just pick the option you'd like on the baby's page.

Most babies arrive dressed, usually in the outfit shown, and many also come with a feeding bottle, a dummy and a birth certificate to fill in with their name. Some come with a nappy too. Check the baby's description to see exactly what's included with them.

Yes. Your baby arrives in a box, sent in plain outer packaging, so nothing gives the surprise away at the door. If your baby comes with a birth certificate, filling it in together makes a lovely first moment.

Most of our newborns fit 0–3 month baby clothes, and our toddlers usually fit 3–6 months. Mini babies suit premmie outfits, and palm-sized minis wear doll-size clothes. Each baby's page tells you the right size, so you can shop for extra outfits anywhere.

Lovely and real. Our full silicone newborns are beautifully weighted at around 2.5–3 kg, close to a real newborn, so they settle into your arms with a soft, natural heaviness. Soft-touch vinyl and cloth-body babies are a lighter 1–1.5 kg: easy for little arms to carry and comfy for long cuddles.

Yes. Our checkout runs on Shopify with secure, encrypted payments, and we never see your full card number. Every order is tracked, delivery is free, you have 30 days to change your mind, and if your baby arrives damaged or faulty we'll sort it out at no cost to you. You're also protected by the Australian Consumer Law.

Let us know within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. We reply within one business day, then send you a free return label and repair, replace or refund your baby at no cost to you. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Just let us know, then send your baby back in the same condition, with everything they came with (outfit, dummy, birth certificate and care sheet). Return postage is paid by you, and clearance-sale babies can only be returned if they're faulty. We refund within 7 business days of receiving and checking your return. See our full returns policy.

Message us as soon as possible with your order number. If your baby hasn't been sent yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel your order.

Caring for your baby is simple, and it soon becomes part of the joy. A few gentle habits keep them looking as lovely as the day they arrived:

• Keep your baby out of direct sunlight and away from heaters, windowsills and hot cars, so their colouring stays soft and true.
• Choose light-coloured clothes and wash new outfits before dressing, as dark or bright dyes can stain soft skin. Keep pens and newspaper away too.
• Pick your baby up just as you would a real newborn, supporting their head and body rather than lifting by an arm or leg.
• When changing outfits, guide tiny fingers and toes gently through sleeves and legs.

• Full silicone and full vinyl: wipe with a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water and a drop of mild, unscented baby soap, then pat dry with a lint-free towel.
• Cloth body: spot-clean with a barely damp cloth and let it dry completely. Please don't soak or machine-wash the body.
• Dust or lint on silicone: whisk it away with a soft make-up brush or a slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
• Skip baby wipes, alcohol, lotions, oils and household cleaners, as they can dull or damage the skin.

Brush rooted hair gently with a soft baby brush, working in the direction it grows. If it needs a refresh, mist it lightly with cool water and let it air-dry, and skip hairdryers, straighteners and styling products. Painted hair just needs a soft, damp cloth.

When it's time for a rest, lay your baby down somewhere cool and dry, out of the sun, with their head and body supported. For longer storage, make sure they're completely dry, dress them in light clothes and wrap them loosely in a soft cotton blanket or pillowcase rather than plastic.
