How it works

1. Tap Track my order.
2. Enter the email address you used at checkout.
3. We'll email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to sign in. No password needed.
4. Open your order to see its status and tracking link.

When will she arrive?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 8–15 days.

No tracking link yet?

If your order doesn't show a tracking link yet, your baby is still being prepared for her trip. As soon as she ships, the tracking link will appear in your order.
